Awareness: Lack of access to public land on the west side of the Bronx Zoo prevents Belmont neighborhood residents from conveniently reaching the river. 

Advocacy: We want a tall gate between Fordham Road and the Mitsubishi Riverwalk. 

Accessibility: A gate in place of the fence on Fordham Road will improve community access to the natural waterfront.
